We are looking for Health and Social Care Professional and / or researchers from a racially minoritised background who want to help inspire the next generation of researchers and future professionals in academia.

Ethnic minority nurses and allied health professionals (AHPs) remain significantly underrepresented in NIHR fellowship schemes and research career pathways. Although awareness of these inequalities has grown, persistent barriers remain. This podcast series is designed to empower ethnic minority nurses and AHPs to access, apply for, and succeed in NIHR research opportunities.
We would love to hear about your research journey on our NEW podcast series.
REDiC is committed to promoting inclusive engagement, building research capacity among underserved groups, and strengthening career development for ethnic minority professionals across health and care.
Join us and share your lived experience of a research career and the lessons you’ve learned from both successful and unsuccessful experiences and help to inspire others.
Your story matters. Your voice could open doors for others.
