IMPACT Challenge, University of Birmingham

This exciting initiative provides students with a real insight into working life, through collaborating with local organisations and making a positive impact in a specified business topic. This forms part of a wider programme, called ‘Pathways to Careers’, which involves a series of activities to support students from a widening participation background, understand their skills and strengths, and the actions they can take to finding the right graduate career.
